Please contact us at email@example.com 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused.
In the event that a product arrives damaged, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products reported within 7 days of receipt of the package. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and shipping box along with a description of the issue and your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. In the event that an item is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a store credit or refund at the customer's discretion.
